The Cooper/Clayton Method is a safe and effective way to help people stay smoke-free for the rest of their lives. The Cooper/Clayton Method is a comprehensive behavioral smoking cessation program. It was started over 25 years ago by two faculty members at the University of Kentucky.
Power Hour is an one hour event to showcase The Zone located in the Fitness and Wellness Center. We will have interactive games, educational resources, and healthy snacks for each event. Stop by The Zone from 4-5pm the first Monday of each month.
Come join us for a fun filled Sunday of friendly competition at the climbing wall in the Fitness and Wellness Center. This is our 11th annual competition! We will have routes and boulder problems for all ability levels.
