The Cooper/Clayton Method is a safe and effective way to help people stay smoke-free for the rest of their lives. The Cooper/Clayton Method is a comprehensive behavioral smoking cessation program. It was started over 25 years ago by two faculty members at the University of Kentucky.

Surviving in the wilderness begins with understanding how accidents happen and accepting that it can, in fact, happen to you! This workshop is on how to beat the odds and survive in the wilderness. Some of the areas covered will be: finding water, constructing and starting fires by different methods, and hunting and foraging for food.

Come join us as we journey along the scenic Elkhorn Creek. This trip will be a great way to explore the unique terrain and observe wildlife that surrounds this awesome waterway.
