Cybex
Equipment Orientations Equipment
Orientations are available upon request by calling the Campus Recreation
Office at 622-1244. These sessions will last approximately 1 hour
and are free to the university community. During these sessions,
we will explain the purpose of each machine, demonstrate proper
techniques and explain how to adjust each machine so you can be
in the most comfortable and efficient workout position. These overviews
are intended as introductory sessions and will enable the user to
become familiar with all the equipment in a non-threatening environment. |
