Guest Policy
Any member may bring a guest for the fee of $5/per day. In order to purchase a guest pass, the guest must possess a picture ID that lists their date of birth. Guests must be at least 16 years of age and must remain with the member during the visit. A guest pass may be purchased at the front desk of the Student Recreation Center. All guests must follow the same rules and regulations as the university participants and the university member will be responsible for their guest’s actions. The guest must leave when their sponsor also leaves.

Locker Rental Policy
Full and half lockers will be available to rent on a first-come-first-serve basis for all memberships beginning August 1st of each year. Lockers may be renewed the month of expiration. If not renewed before current term ends, the lockers will be rented to the next available or next person on the waiting list. Lockers will be rented for $25/semester or $50/year for full lockers and $15/semester or $30/year for half lockers. Due to limited locker availability, faculty/staff use may not exceed half the available lockers. Locker availability and rental fees will be in the Student Recreation Center main office (Room 105) during business hours ( M-Th 8 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Day Use Lockers
Day use lockers are free! Participants must rent locks through the Front Desk. Locks that are not removed by the end of the night on day-use lockers will be removed, and the contents found in the locker will be placed at the Front Desk. The cost to retrieve the contents from the locker will be $5.00.

Equipment Rental

Towel Policy
You may bring your own or a towel service will be provided for $15/semester or $25/year. Upon payment of this optional fee, a towel card will be issued. You will show your towel card to the front desk attendant and then you will be issued a towel. The towel membership includes both work out towels and bath towels. After you have used the towel, you can exchange your towel for a fresh towel if needed. There will be a $10 replacement fee for lost towel cards. Towels will be available for daily rental for $1. Towel service payment will be in the Fitness & Wellness Center main office (Office 105) during business hours (M-Th 8 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
