20/20/20:
A total body conditioning class for all fitness levels! 20 minutes
of step followed by 20 minutes of floor cardio (kickboxing, hi/lo,
sport conditioning, power moves & more). Class concludes with
20 of minutes of toning, ab work & stretching for a complete
workout. Guaranteed not to get bored in this class.
All About Abs: A short & sweet dynamic workout
that focuses on abdominal & back strengthening exercises utilizing
a variety of equipment & other disciplines like Pilates &
yoga.
Butts & Guts:
A new class focusing on toning abs, legs & glutes!
Kickboxing: Increase
your speed, agility, endurance & strength in this total body
cardio workout.
Arms
& Abs:
Strengthen & tone your arms & abs all in one time saving
class. All levels welcome.
Total
Body Toning: A total body muscular endurance workout
incorporating dumbbells, body bars, exercise balls & resistance
tubing; some cardio intervals. All levels welcome!
Zumba:
Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting & unique latin
moves & rhythms.
Yoga: Take time to relax & rejuvenate!
Try yoga-gentle asanas (poses) & prana (breathing) to ease
tension in both body & mind while increasing your flexibility,
strength & balance. Appropriate for all levels & all college
students needing to de-stress! Guaranteed you leave feeling better

Pilates: Pilates
is a mind body exercise that primarily works on the core musculature
(abs/back) as well as flexibility and balance.
Yogilates:
This
is the perfect blend of Yoga & Pilates, designed to improve
flexibility & core strength.
Sunshine
Cycle Interval: During the summer session when
the weather permits, this class will meet outside. Go for a spin
& tone those muscles! This class is great for busy individuals
who want to combine their cardio cycling & toning workouts.

Cardio
& Tone-Circuit:
(Cardio Sculpt Interval) Move from station to station or exercise
to exercise in this total body conditioning class that incorporates
a variety of equipment & exercise formats. Participants are
in control of selecting their intensity level.
Group
Cycling:
Go for a spin! This class focuses on combining different intensity
levels & speed to create a self-controlled workout. Towel
& water required.
Not all classes are
