The
Campus Recreation’s Fitness Program at Eastern Kentucky
University is dedicated to enhancing the physical well being of
our students. A variety of group fitness classes are offered each
week through the EKU Fitness Program. Taught by trained &
motivated instructors. The group fitness classes are offered at
no additional charge to our patrons. Classes include step, kickboxing,
yoga, Pilates, floor, toning, group cycling & cardio conditioning
classes. |
