Registration Timeline
On-Line registration begins 3-4 days prior to the class
start time. The schedule is available on the Campus Recreation
web site as well. All registration ends and the opportunity to
cancel your class ends 15-minutes prior to the scheduled start
of class. Registered participants are encouraged to arrive at
the studio to check-in with the Group Fitness Instructor 10-minutes
before class begins.
Disclosure Statement
Campus Recreation and Time Trade Software does not release, sell
or distribute any personal information obtained during the registration
process to third parties. Registration is on a secure server.
The Basics of Online Registration
Choose a Group Fitness class and time that fits your schedule
Click on the icon above to get to the registration site
Follow the instructions located on the registration website
How to register
You will be asked to register as a user and create a username
and password the first time you encounter the program. It takes
less than a minute. You will need to input your username and password
each time you sign-in. When you successfully complete the process
of creating a username and password, making an appointment for
a class or canceling an appointment for a class, you will receive
a confirmation email. Confirmation emails will be sent each time
an appointment for a class has been created and when a class appointment
has been canceled; if you do not recieve an email then not all
of the steps were followed & the action (creating the account/appointment/cancellation)
was not completed.
First Time Students
• Go to eku.timetrade.com
• Under First Time Students heading click on Click here
to register
• Complete Student Registration- Contact Information; click
Next (Bottom, right hand corner)
• Complete Username, Password & Confirm Password fields;
click Next (Bottom, right hand corner)
• Make sure contact information is correct; if correct click
Submit Registration (Bottom, right hand corner)
• You will then be connected to the Make Appointments screen.

Sign-In (For those who already have
an account)
• Go to eku.timetrade.com
• Enter Username & Password; click on Sign In (directly
to the right of the password box)
• You will then be connected to the Make Appointments screen.

Steps for Registering for Classes
* (Step 1) Under the Make Appointment tab-Appointment Options;
Select the Fitness class (use the blue box with the arrow to scroll
through the list of classes)
* Select the Availability (under the Make Appointment tab-Appointment
Options); click Next (Bottom, right hand corner)
* Select the class on the calendar grid (under the Make Appointment
tab-Appointment Options), left click on the desired class
* Click on Make Appointment (bottom, right hand corner) (Under
the Make Appointment tab-Appointment Details)
* Click on Finish (bottom, right hand corner) to confirm appointment
(Under the Make Appointment tab-Appointment Confirmation)
* Sign out or close window to end session
How to Cancel an Appointment
*Sign in at eku.timetrade.com
* Select the “My Appointment” tab
* There will be a grid that lists the class(es) that the participant
is registered for. Under the Actions row select the “Cancel”
option for the class(es) that you do not want to attend.
* A small screen will appear with the class information. It will
ask if you are sure you want to cancel the appointment. If you
want to cancel, click “OK”. This will cancel the appointment
that you select. You can only cancel one appointment at a time.
* You will then be sent an email confirming your appointment cancellation.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If you have changed your mind about attending a class
you are registered for, you will need to cancel your class reservation.
The opportunity to cancel your registration ends 15 minutes prior
to the class start time. Calling the Fitness & Wellness Center
to cancel an appointment or to inform a staff member that you
will not be attending class is not permitted. If you do not cancel
and do not show up for a class, you are considered a "no-show
participant." If you no-show three times in one semester,
you will loose your online registration privileges for the remainder
of that semester.
Policies
and Procedures
Studio doors will be locked at class start time. If you are not
present at that time, you will be counted as a no-show, so please
arrive to class at least 10 minutes early. Classes may be cancelled
and/or the schedule modified during the semester due to poor attendance,
school or university breaks, holidays and/or closings. Notice
will be given in the event of class cancellation and/or a schedule
modification.
Network Problems
If the Time Trade server network were to go down, this
is beyond Campus Recreation's control, please be aware we will
not have any access to the Time Trade server and class roster.
Please check with the sudio doors for postings regarding this
matter and check-in with the instructor.
