include:
· Customizing an exercise program to meet Participant's
personal fitness goals
· Assisting Participant with general conditioning, weight
loss, weight gain, & the improvement of their overall health
& fitness
· Providing Participant with accountability & motivation
in workouts
· Providing weight & cardiovascular training instruction
· Increasing the Participant's knowledge about fitness
& workout routines.
The purpose of offering Personal Training Services is to provide
generally healthy adults the opportunity to work on increasing
or maintaining their overall fitness.
Trainers can provide the client with the confidence & knowledge
they need to achieve personal fitness goals! All trainers have
an educational background in health & fitness, have experience
in developing fitness & wellness programs & hold or
are working towards a national certification in personal training
or degree in physical education.
The purpose of offering Personal Training Services is to provide
generally healthy adults the opportunity to work on increasing
or maintaining their overall fitness.
Some conditions or clients may be beyond the scope of services
for our program.
