Water Fitness Classes---Alumni Coliseum Outdoor Pool

June 24-August 21, 2008 Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5-5:30 pm

H2O Workout: Join us for a total body workout at the pool. Activities will include: aqua jogging, upper body toning, abs and stretching--all in a workout that will cool you off!
