Michele is from Yuma, Arizona & is a Fitness & Wellness major. Michele is a certified Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer & has been teaching classes here for 4 years. She also works as a Facility Supervisor in the Fitness & Wellness Center. Michele enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals & making someone's day a little better by giving them an awesome workout!

Beth
Beth Hack is an EKU Fitness & Wellness graduate & a Certified Personal Trainer with AFAA. She has a real passion for motivating people to stay healthy & believes that fitness has benefits that reach beyond the physical body to the mental & emotional capacities as well. Beth loves working with people from all walks of life & is especially interested in working with clients with weight loss & cardiovascular health goals. She plans to become a certified Group Fitness instructor & continue learning many different fitness techniques and styles to give her clients the most balanced workout full of variety! Her other interests include dancing, yoga, music, & spending time with her friends & her boyfriend, Logan.
   


Jason
 
Jason is an EKU senior majoring in Physical Education, from the Gold Coast, Australia. He has his Personal Trainer Certification through AFAA (Aerobic & Fitness Association of America). Jason also is a supervisor at Campus Recreation, an EKU Lifeguard and a Water Safety Instructor teaching swim classes for Community Education. He loves being active and his interests include competing in triathlons and anything outdoors. Jason has a wide range of interests and enjoys working with people whatever their goal(s) may be.
