Beth
Hack is an EKU Fitness & Wellness graduate & a Certified
Personal Trainer with AFAA. She has a real passion for motivating
people to stay healthy & believes that fitness has benefits
that reach beyond the physical body to the mental & emotional
capacities as well. Beth loves working with people from all walks
of life & is especially interested in working with clients
with weight loss & cardiovascular health goals. She plans
to become a certified Group Fitness instructor & continue
learning many different fitness techniques and styles to give
her clients the most balanced workout full of variety! Her other
interests include dancing, yoga, music, & spending time with
her friends & her boyfriend, Logan. |
