Assessments
Full Assessments evaluate all of the following:
muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, body composition,
resting blood pressure, resting heart rate, sub-maximal cardiovascular
fitness & height & weight measurement.
Please come dressed to workout. Cost: $15/assessment.
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in
advance for any type of assessment service. All fees must be paid
in advance in the Campus Recreation Main Office. Payment options
include cash, check or Colonel Cards.
Individual & Buddy Training Sessions
Individual training services include a free full
assessment with the initial purchase of a training session. Each
training session is one (1) hour. Costs: $25 for a single session;
package of 3 sessions $70.00; package of 5 sessions $100.00; package
of 10 sessions $180.00.
Buddy training services include a free full assessment
with the initial purchase of a training session. Each training
session is one (1) hour. A great way to attain your fitness goals
while working out with a friend! Limit 2 members with similar
fitness goals per group. Costs: $35 for a single buddy training
session; package of 3 sessions $100.00; package of 5 sessions
$150.00; package of 10 sessions $280.00.
All fees must be paid in advance in the Campus
Recreation Main Office during facility hours of operation. Cash,
checks or Colonel Card will be accepted. The Participant will
be paired with a personal trainer who will administer the comprehensive
fitness assessment & develop a personalized workout program.
The Participant & trainer will set up a training schedule
based upon the number of sessions the Participant wishes to purchase.
Please come dressed to workout for all sessions.
Policies
& Procedures

& Procedures link above. Please be advised of the Appointment
Cancellation, Appointment Confirmation, Refund & Expiration
Policies regarding training services.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule
or receive a full refund. If the cancellation is less than 24
hours of the scheduled time the training session and the money
are non refundable.
The trainer is required to wait 15 minutes for the client to show
up for the scheduled appointment. If the client fails to show
up for the scheduled appointment, the appointment and fee(s) will
be forfeited. If the client is late for the appointment the trainer
is not obligated to make up the missed time. For example, if the
client is 15 minutes late and arrives for the appointment the
session will only be 45 minutes.
Appointment Confirmation:All
personal training service related appointments must be confirmed
by the trainer and client no later than 24 hours prior to the
scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed or
is not confirmed within this time frame the trainer may not be
available to meet for the appointment. It is the responsibility
of the client and the trainer to communicate in an effective and
timely manner in confirming appointments.
Refund Policy: All training sessions
or services must be purchased in advance. Patrons requesting and
obtaining a refund of any remaining session or sessions will be
charged a $20 service fee. Refund requests require a 48 hour written
notice. Refunds can be picked up in the Campus Recreation Main
Office or mailed; please allow for 7-10 business days for refund
checks to be issued and mailed.
Expiration Policy: All training
sessions or services must be purchased in advance. All sessions
must be used in their entirety within four (4) months from the
date of purchase. Any sessions remaining after the four (4) month
period will be considered expired and non refundable.
