Education:

Graduate of Middlesboro High School (1977)
Attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1977-1983 majoring in mathematical statistics
Attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1987-1997 majoring in accounting

Previous Experience:

Hugh was in the banking industry in Richmond from 1984 - 1998. He was involved with the Middlesboro Little League Baseball program from 1974 - 1984. His duties ranged from scorekeeper to public address announcer to being on the board of directors as player agent. Hugh is proficient in numerous athletic statical analysis softare programs.
